Here are some Homestead Series houses that we have constructed during the last few years. This series of homes are designed to be simple, adaptable, expandable, easy to build and affordable. They also contain the same quality materials and workmanship that you have learned to expect from our company.

This modified 1,716 SF "Burlington" traditional Saltbox Home could be constructed with a partial or full front covered porch and has a master suite on the first floor.

With its 1,728 SF of living space, this "Springfield" 2 Story Farmhouse design has a wonderful Master Suite and classic wrap around front porch.

Our Medium Ranch Homestead selections include four different plans ranging in size from 1,532 SF to 1,876 SF. This "North Hampton" shows off its attractive front porch.

The 1,940 SF "Bridgeport" Side Hall Colonial is our most popular Homestead Series home.  It can be built as either a three or four bedroom model.
 

The “ Frances ” is a unique Ranch design that separates the Master Suite from the other two Bedrooms. This popular 1,792 SF home is easily expandable.

The "Seneca" is the ideal choice for a sloping parcel and its full length front covered porch offers great appeal to this 1,652 SF split level design.
