This series of homes are designed to be simple, adaptable, expandable, easy to build and affordable. They also contain the same quality materials and workmanship that you have learned to expect from our company. We have also used these designs to form the basis for some very large complicated new homes by customizing the basic design into a unique, but larger version for our clients. Our Medium Homestead Ranch
selections include four different

to 1,876 SF. This home shows off

Bridgeport
The 1,940 SF Side Hall Colonial
is our most popular Homestead
Series home. It can be built as
either a three or four
bedroom model.

This is the ideal choice for a
